Tech Data is becoming TD SYNNEX. Tech Data in Europe will adopt the name and brand TD SYNNEX on October 17^th 2022. This means that our branding, emails addresses and company legal entity names will transition to TD SYNNEX all our country and central operations in the region.

Whilst the name is changing, at heart TD SYNNEX is focused on the same priorities and goals as always: working with the channel to help everyone grow successful technology businesses. The people and teams that you work with every day are not changing, and nor will our solutions offerings, or VAT numbers, or bank account details. Additionally, we are not creating new legal entities as part of this change. We are only changing the names of our existing entities to reflect the TD SYNNEX brand name.

We will ask the relevant authorities to complete the legal entity name changes by October 17^th, 2022, in alignment with the date for our external brand change. While the precise timing of the name change will be determined by those local authorities, we ask that partners and vendors consider October 17^th, 2022, as the effective date of the change in all markets.

We do not require our partners to set up a new account for an entity whose name is changing. However, certain partners may have a requirement to set up a new account in their systems, for example due to internal policies. Where this is the case, we will work with the partner to ensure a smooth transition to the new account.

New @tdsynnex.com email addresses will be active from 10^th October 2022 and we recommend that partners and vendors allow this new email domain in their systems. Don’t worry if you send an email to an old @techdata.com address after the change as it will be redirected to the person’s new @tdsynnex.com address.
